How does user training work?
Throughout the implementation process, your power users will receive training through working sessions. When transitioning to the new system, your team will benefit from a 6-week period during which continuous training will be provided (up to 40 hours). Afterwards, our customer experience team will take over to support your users and offer additional training sessions ($).
