What are your obligations?
As of September 22, 2022, you should have already identified someone who will be in charge of the protection of personal information within your business. You should also have put in place measures to reduce the risk of confidentiality issues.
By September 22, 2023, you will also have to take stock of the personal information stored by your business and keep this inventory up to date. You will also have to identify the roles of the various resources involved in the protection of this information.
