As the year draws to a close, it is a natural time to pause and reflect. For JOVACO, 2025 was a significant year. A year in which many initiatives came to fruition, solid foundations were strengthened, and the organization continued to evolve with consistency and purpose.

More than a succession of projects or deliverables, 2025 stands out as a year of structuring, in support of a long-term vision.
Throughout the year, several new OMZY engagements were initiated, confirming the strong interest from professional services firms in a solution aligned with their operational realities and project management challenges.
This momentum was also reflected in the continued evolution of the product. In 2025, several major advancements were delivered, particularly in billing and resource planning, two essential pillars for organizations that manage by project. This was also the year when the first features incorporating artificial intelligence were introduced, opening the door to new possibilities and more efficient use of data.
These developments reflect an ongoing commitment to advancing the solution in line with real-world needs.
2025 also marked an important milestone with the completion of our first full transition projects from Microsoft Dynamics GP to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and from SIFIA to OMZY.
These projects go far beyond a simple technology migration. They are part of a gradual transformation approach, designed to support clients at their own pace while respecting their reality, their processes, and their level of digital maturity.
The foundations laid this year will serve as a springboard for 2026, which will be strongly focused on the continued evolution and digital transformation of these environments, within a long-term partnership mindset.
One of the defining moments of 2025 was the first full year operating under JOVACO’s new organizational structure.
The creation of two distinct business units, Products and Services, was intended to support the company’s growth while strengthening agility, role clarity, and our ability to better support clients and partners.
“This structure allows us to be more aligned in both our decisions and our actions. It helps us better serve our clients while providing our teams with a clear framework to grow and push themselves further,” says Valérie Coutu, President of JOVACO.
On the Services side, the introduction of a dedicated customer experience team strengthened relationships with our existing client base, fostering proactive and ongoing support that extends well beyond implementation projects.
From a product perspective, this structure helped sustain a development pace that is both consistent and aligned with market needs, while encouraging smoother collaboration between teams.
In 2025, artificial intelligence became a cross-cutting theme at JOVACO. Beyond the solutions themselves, it emerged as a true driver of learning and efficiency internally.
Through shared initiatives, tool exploration, and the exchange of best practices, teams were able to experiment, reflect, and integrate AI in a pragmatic way, always with the goal of working more effectively and creating tangible value.
2025 was also the year JOVACO launched its new website and refreshed its branding. This foundational project aimed to better reflect who JOVACO is today: a company firmly rooted in its heritage, yet clearly focused on the future.
This renewed visual and digital identity is part of the broader transformations undertaken throughout the year. It provides a cohesive framework to tell our story, showcase our expertise, and support the next stages of our growth.
In hindsight, 2025 was a year of consolidation and structuring. A year in which foundations were strengthened, teams rallied together, and the vision became clearer.
As we move into 2026, JOVACO continues its evolution with confidence, commitment, and gratitude. We wish a wonderful year ahead to all our clients, partners, and collaborators, and we look forward to continuing this journey together, guided by the same human and collaborative approach that has always defined us.
