Your responsibilities

Lead projects that make a difference

• Manage a portfolio of ERP/CRM implementation projects, from scope definition through to delivery: planning, resources, and follow-up
• Manage budgets and timelines, and ensure commitments made to clients are met
• Mobilize multidisciplinary teams, both internal and external, across several projects at once
• Serve as the central point of communication among all stakeholders: steering committees, meeting minutes, and action tracking
• Ensure client satisfaction and the quality of deliverables
• Anticipate risks and contribute to the continuous improvement of our implementation practices

Help a team of consultants grow

• Mobilize, coach, and support a team of consultants in their professional development
• Oversee the onboarding of new team members and knowledge transfer within the team
• Plan team activities in collaboration with the Project Management Office (PMO) and scheduler
• Foster a culture of collaboration, autonomy, and continuous improvement

Your profile

Education and experience

• University degree in computer science, information technology, or administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience managing ERP or CRM implementation projects
• 1 to 2 years of experience in coaching or personnel management
• Experience as an ERP consultant is an asset
